  • The importance of prioritisation (and how to do it)
  • ‘Work Hard – Rest Hard – Repeat’
  • What are you sacrificing for this ‘busyness?’
  • Building Personal Resilience
  • Thinking innovatively and brainstorming how we could approach work differently
  • What are resources, and what which ones are available to me?
  • People as a resource – managing the performance of those around me
  • Time as a resource – getting solutions up and running quickly and effectively

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand how to stop wasting time and get more done
  • Identified what resources are within your reach
  • Look after your ‘Wellness’ and developing your personal resilience
  • Challenge your current thinking on how we prioritise our workloads, use our resources, helping to create more efficient solutions.

  • Discovered ways to prevent time holding plans and solutions back.
  • Build a strategy to continue delivering a particular element of work, or project, but to do so using fewer resources and in less time.

About Jules Murray

I have dedicated the last 14 years of my career to the training and development arm of many large national and international organisations. My successful methodology is based on the relationship I build with key stakeholders and the effective, dynamic, and interactive design of course content.

I am committed to deliver experiential learning and I strive to fully understand the culture, vision, and strategy within the organisation. Course content is designed to ensure that training challenges employees to reflect upon the choices, attitudes and behaviours that not only motivate them, but also prevent them from getting optimal results.

A qualified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, a DISC Personality Profiling Practitioner and a Goal MappingTM Practitioner. I relate my teaching and learning experiences to proven scientific studies of human behaviour that are easily translatable to experiential learning activities that are fun to do and produce rewarding results.
